I have worked as a music director, classroom teacher and private music instructor. I’m currently a teacher and coordinator of the Brooklyn Porch Music program.

I grew up in a family of teachers and am a proud graduate of the public school system in Salem.

My goal is for all my students to develop their love of music and learn the skills necessary to make the music they enjoy.

I emphasize learning by ear, improvisation and composition.
